From 02:02 PM till 02:22 PM stay in silent meditation and chant this mantra until the meeting starts:

Haree-Naam-Tat-Sat-Tat-Sat-Haree

Mantra:

"Hari Nam Tat Sat Tat Sat Hari" chanted 3 times on one breath

Translation of mantra:

God Thyself - Thou art Truth - Thou art Truth, O God!

Sit in easy pose with a straight spine and the hands relaxed in your gap. 

Grasp the left thumb with the right hand and wrap the finger of the left around the back of the right hand.

Eyes are 9/10 closed focusing on the tip of the nose.
