Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you sign up for any service like treatment, workshop, training or retreat with us, you agree to them. These terms and conditions apply unless there are additional or different regulations for specific services.

1. Registration

Registration happens through the sign-up form on the website www.zarahkumara.com. The registration is only effective after the participant received a written confirmation by email and transferred the agreed amount to the respective payment method. The deposit is non-refundable after mandatory registration – see point 5 for more details on the cancellation. Valid payment methods via our webpage are Stripe, Credit Card or PayPal. You can also pay via Bank transfer, please contact us for that payment methode via email at info@zarahkumara.com

2. Number of participants

The event takes place when the minimum number of participants has been reached up to four weeks before the beginning of the retreat or the workshop. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the previously registered participants will be notified in writing. Payments already made will be offset against future retreats or workshops. You can use this credit within a year.

3. Changes of services due to force majeure

If we have to change our services due to force majeure (e.g. move dates, transfer in persona training into online training, cancel trainings), we will inform you asap. The deposits are not refundable, you can use this deposit credit for another service within a year.

4. Disclaimer

Participation in a retreat / workshop is at your own risk and responsibility. The instructor Za Rah Kumara and guest instructors should be made aware of any physical and psychological limitations by the participant (illness, injury, pregnancy, depression, etc.) before the event starts. If the participant is in a limited state of health or is under medical treatment, the participant must consult his/her attending physician and Za Rah Kumara before the beginning of the event to clarify if participation is possible.

Each participant indemnifies Za Rah Kumara and guest instructors from all liability claims within the legal framework for complaints or injuries of any kind occurring during or resulting from the retreat or workshop. The provided services (treatments, trainings, workshops, retreats etc.) are not intended as a replacement for any medical treatment / consultation.

5. Cancellations

For all events that are streamed online: non-refundable (you will receive replays within one week of the event)

For all, non streamed online in-person only events:

Should a participant withdraw from a service (e.g. training, workshop, retreats etc.), that is not streamed online, due to illness or other reasons after a binding registration, he / she will incur the following cancellation fees.

The deposit is non-refundable
Cancellation within 30 days before the start of the event: we refund 50% of the course fee
Cancellation within 14 days before the start of the event: we refund 20% of the course fee
Cancellation within less then 14 days before the start of the event, as well as in case of non-arrival: we do not refund, we keep 100% of the course fee

Private Healing Sessions: no shows are non-refundable. Requesting a date or time change up to 24 hours before the start of the session are possible.

The cancellation must be in writing. Decisive for the cancellation costs or a possible refund is the date of receipt of the cancellation. Alternatively, a replacement person can be provided by the registered participant himself without additional costs.

6. Photo and video clip permission
In order to create Art we take pictures and videoclips during group trainings and / or share them with selected participants that cannot join live or share them in tasteful art on social media. I hereby acknowledge that pictures and videos will be taken and used in social media for artistic expression of the teacher.

7. Drug- and alcohol-free event

I hereby acknowledge that this event is absolutely substance free and I understand that violating this rule will exclude me from the training with no refunds.

8. Disclaimer

Healing, and the term Healing Work and Source Light Healing as well as Activation are essentially referring to a relaxation of the mind, the body and the psyche. They do not, in any way substitute a visit to a physician or a medical examination, they also don’t promise any kind of miracle healing, they present an opportunity to support healing processes by relaxing and activating the self healing capacities of the body, mind and psyche.

The courses and services offered are based on many years of experience, research and academic training of Za Rah Kumara (aka Niki Dallhammer, MSW, Masters of Social Work, private psychotherapy in Germany, yoga and meditation training, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and recording artist). The services offered aim at a deep relaxation of the body and the psyche and a raised awareness of ones own patterns hereby contributing to the healing process and to the process of rejuvenation and well-being at an overall scale.
